Yeah. I was considering what Fuyuki says in this chapter.
Considering that he's apparently been the more popular of the two guys, why should he want/need Akito to get a girlfriend before he does? But yes, having Akito get together with Natsumi would mean Haruna gives up on him, so Fuyuki can move in on her.
All a bit underhanded, if you ask me. A person with a personality like that is someone I would avoid like the plague if I knew about it.
Also, considering this, it's strange that Fuyuki hasn't informed Akito about Natsumi's feelings. He wouldn't care about the details, since he's into Haruna, and seems to be OK with her having a bit of heartache, so she can be wooed by Fuyuki. (If it's OK to hurt the person he likes, Haruna, then it shouldn't be a problem to circumvent Natsumi's wish that no one tells Akito about them being childhood friends?)
