In most cases in this situation, the right move would have been to flaunt his money, power and status to avoid problems down the road.
But the MC literally stands at the top of the world in terms of power (I think he's among the top 10 worldwide or something with what's inferred in the previous chapters), so a local bully doesn't register in the same way I don't care what ants in my garden are thinking of me.

These random minor antagonists are really stupid but also the privacy of this organization is whack. We know that the guild takes a massive cut from drops in dungeons so a frequent adventurer should've been able to piece together that nothing they're doing at that level is going to be profitable. The organization immediately handed over information to the complaining party without consent of the defendants involved, but if they had the legal right to do that already why didn't they shut this guy when he filed a complaint in the first place so there wasn't this huge outburst or showing to assassinate the protag's character?

While the story tries ro treat her like a gold digger, the fact they were in a relationship since at least highschool but he never spent much on her is very funny. Would track with the way that the people she knew have been presented so far.

if im not mistaken the owner of the store owe a great deal to mc, and hilariously his ex-gf work in that brand due to mc connection
the moment the brand owner know what happened to the mc, the owner fired the girl right on the spot and after that the girl never able to get a job again in any other place

To all the people wondering how nobody seems to know who he is, let me ask you this :

Do you know absolutely everybody working under the same company banner than you ?
Do you even merely know the face of the CEO of said company or even its best employee ?

If you answered "no", well, I'm pretty sure that's the situation here : some of the most vitals employees might be completely unknown to you because you will never get the chance to meet them unless you look them up maybe.

The information handed over, was he paid 1200 Yen for the G Rank magic stones she got. So, current exchange rate is ~$8 in USD. That's not a lot of privacy invasion. And the initial report is valid, regardless of the source, it looks like she was sent in without armor or a weapon(Ch 2.2 page 6, or Ch 2 Page 21). Since the confrontation is causing a public commotion in the Guild Lobby, the receptionist is defusing the situation without any violence or the cops involved. Sounds pretty solid to me.

And this is a G Rank Dungeon, they're all relative newbies. The antagonist of this situation, doesn't really care about MC. He only wants to steal the FMC. Guild Staff still have a responsibility to do an investigation into possible Human Tr*fficking.
