It's been a weird trend that more authors are opting for the pleasure-based interrogation method.
Not complaining. It's been an awesome freak off.
The Wheel of Time series had a character prefer pleasure rather than torture because there is basically no way to train a person to resist pure pleasure. Can't have your soldiers doing Heroin or something as training lol.

She just gave them doses of pleasure and let withdrawal do the rest.

I didn't expect her to use necromancy to find out who was behind it all.
Wait... why not do that from the start then?

Look at that map on page 8. This is only a short series, but damn, now that's what a fictional map should look like. Not the usual lazy map that's just a continent shaped like a random blob with the countries being almost perfectly organized into the cardinal directions.
