I really hate when secondary characters try to « save/protect » the main couple from each other because they think they know better.

Like, mind your own damn business in the first place and it’s actually quite insulting to the person you supposely care about : you think they are too stupid to make their own decisions or something ?

Wouldn’t be much of a problem if both MC actually stood up to them and told them off.

I 100% agree with you. Unless you have actual evidence proving that the relationship is abusive in any way shape or form, mind your own damn business.
