Says 回復薬 "kaifukuyaku" (healing medicine). He's holding a bottle in his fist, and the "kyupo" sfx is him popping the cork out with his thumb. Next panel's "gubi" is him gulping down the potion.

Hello, can I know why the sniping? I don't think it was required. Also you need to change the fonts for the type of bubble or text it is. For example, normal bubbles will get Font A, thought bubble will get Font B, and narration bubble will get Font C. Don't use the same font for every text. Be creative.
