I am of the same mind and always thought the manga was her memories at Babyls with Henri, but they altered her memories and she is the one human Henri met he talks about to Iruma.

A mother wouldn't call her daughter by "-sama" on any circumstance (nor any of it's derivatives which, as someone else mentions, "-chama" is), so most likely she's a subordinate of Ameri's father that is very loving towards her...

It's been implied that Ameri's mother is the author of the manga that Iruma worked on (First Love Memories), that's why Ameri's family has the complete set. This means that her mother is human (and still in the human realm), and Ameri is half-human.

Correct me if I'm wrong but nothing was implied about that. The only thing that gives that any possibility is her dad met and escorted a human out of the demon world. Y'all just took that and ran with it like it they did the bang bang and made ameri.

Unless it's explicitly stated it's all speculation.
