it could have been healed by magic to the point it's just discoloured flesh on her skin. If you look at healed burn wounds, they mostly just looked like off-colour patches of skin with no other visible damage to the flesh itself, assuming it was treated correctly.

The main heroine being slightly kuudere with PTSD is refreshing to me. I like Ragna being a little yandere, there is another otome isekai where the male lead is yandere for the villainess, but I lost track of it.

considering the MC is so competent, and the story leans towards wholesome, she likely IS the mastermind and this doesn't get dragged out annoyingly slowly.

This is the first one that came to mind to me. I think another that comes to mind is the "Observation Diary of My Fiancee/Wife, the Villainess" series'.

Neither of them, I remember it only having a few chapters, and I think the two were going to set out to punish the people who caused the downfall of the villainess where I last left off. It started with an arranged marriage like this one.

I think I'll check your suggestion out though. Fiancee I enjoyed, not sure I'd really call the male lead Yandere.

Wasn't it okay? Alicia was more concerned about Ragna getting burned than anything else. That's the proper reaction. That pretty much prevented Mariana from saying or doing anything, as it would have been quite rude to get between the couple under such circumstances.
