Not sure if TN check MD, but here's the actual run down of that conversation, since TL kinda screw up the early part so it snowballs into confusing mess.

After Doraim mentioned it's been hundred years since he last ran (in human form, or at least with his legs) and Doosu add it's his first time.
GIRAL is the one who add it's also his first time, then segway into asking what made Doraim ran in human form last time. ("Me too, by the way Doosu's son what made you ran last time?"
Doraim mentions it involved his wife and ask to drop the topic (lit. 'hahaha with my wife, a little...please don't make me remember')
Which is why Giral apologized for whatever Graffalun (his niece) did, not to Graffalun.

Also Grafflun title IS 'white dragon' in the demon country, but the kanji given is 'white dragon princess' vs just 'white dragon' for the mom. so it could simply be different titles between the demon vs the dragon.

their is different kind of hero.
urza is like the first best hero that can punch god. pretty sure she is very special kind of hero.
while people in village 1 is like 2nd generation that would sometime be chosen, but those people weren't abandon by any mean. they just really rare and several of them just happen to be in village 1.
The one that kind of "they were abandoned" is fake hero that cause trouble, cause MC remove evil god influence so they lose power.

tbf in nonbiri most of, if not all time. female dragon is just stronger. like i think doosu wife, Remirie is stronger than him, but dragon king title is male title so he have that title. Girar Dosu's rival actually scare of his nieces and his wife is strongest dragon.
and idk if intend or not, but all of "normal" dragon that cause trouble and want to be strongest is all female, while strongest "normal dragon" is also female.

I mean it make sense consider they were create by female god to beat up her husband.
