I mean, Kris is there. But yeah, every other dragon he picks up is female that shows some sort of interest in him besides being an owner or friend. But it's been a surprisingly wholesome story so far. The power escalation is insane, but for personal relations it's been going pretty well.

This was explained in the last chapter; all his dragons are female because most dragons in the world are female. The most valuable dragon after a Master Dragon would be a male, because they are both rare, and are a precursor to making a Master Dragon.
