The ideal end, Riku mend the relationship with them and go back to Yako or Umimi (yeah, Umimi is a more sane relationship. Unlike Shizuku, when asked she told you what make her suffer )

oh boy, I remember this one. It can go this way, a bit tone down.
It stay as a one of most original ending, for a NTR story, I've ever read because of the twist (I remember the scene where she discover The bedroom. Talk about distorded love ).

This (good parallel) Is the most fucked up thing in this story. I see no reason as why she wanted to hide, at least, the surgery. Because unlike in Your lie in april, it doesn't help at all Riku or whatever the purpose of this secret is. Is mind blowing as it contribute to nothing, until we know why she behaved like that.

Shizuku just got an extended time after all and I don't think she have the physical condition to be pregnant. Unless the families decided to froze her eggs (twisted, but anything go with this story. So why not).

For the sex thingy, I continue to think is only an arrangement between these two suckas

That kind of dynamic was shown pretty consistently. So then… what was that expression from Takt at the end when he hears “You might not be able to see her anymore”? What the hell was that about?

it's surprising that Takt doesn't know about Shizuku departure. Like, yeah, the only one who was always on the dark was Riku. So it's new that Shizuku kept something from him.

People have been speculating that Shizuku is dying but if that was the case, why does her mother look so composed?

If it's something as simple as moving abroad, why do both Shizuku and her mother keep referencing "never seeing her again"? Cell phones exist...internet exists...video calls...flying out to see her...like it doesn't make any sense. I can't think of any plausible explanation of never seeing Shizuku again other than her dying unless the whole "never seeing her again" is both her and her mother MASSIVELY overexaggerating.

I went to the discord of the translator to see if they had any insights and one person thinks both Shizuku and her mother have a mental illness which explains why they act the way they do.

I jokingly said Shizuku's operation is to start transitioning herself to a male so technically, they won't see HER again. That's why she was so insistent that Riku take her virginity since she won't have those parts soon. I got chastised for this viewpoint but I'm going to laugh my ass off if it comes true.

I’m not really sure, but I feel like it’s gonna be something like: out of jealousy over how close Riku and Takt are, she gets a sex change to become a boy.
After transferring schools and being apart from Riku for a while, she comes back as a boy, shows up in front of Riku wearing nothing but a cloak, and with a dramatic swoosh, throws it open to flaunt his dick. That’s totally the direction this manga is heading, right?
This manga has finally started!

So either her mom is just a sociopath and she just does not care that her daughter is gonna die, or Shizuku is being sent off somewhere.

And for Shizuku mom in the last panels. She do what you do with Takt who seem down : you talk about the weather and try to ease him a bit.
her expression is not so joyous when she said that Shizuku and Takt won't meet again is not so enjoyed. She seem somehow sad and more concerned.

And for the sent off to some guy, I won't buy it. Even if the author has some track record for his others works. Unless you learn they've a lot of debt or some shit like lore bomb at last minute.

Someone on the translator's discord said the card that was dropped was from the clinic where Shizuku had this magical surgery that didn't give her any scars and allowed her to walk around and make out with Takt with zero problems. The consensus is that Riku will use this card to show up to the clinic soon (perhaps right after Takt ran away so he can conveniently run into a naked Shizuku and despair some more).

But yeah, let's talk about this surgery she just had. She mentions Takt and her mother are making it more serious than it is but she also had to be put under for it. I swear to God if the author says it was something bullshit like a root canal I'm going to lose it.

This one person on the discord can read Spanish so they are usually far ahead of the curve on everything and they are the one that thinks Shizuku and her mom have mental illnesses which I don't buy. They also said based on the translation from the past few chapters, including the recently released 66, it's apparent that Takt is 100% gay and in love with Riku, has always hated Shizuku and apparently asked her out to prevent her from dating Riku.

Honestly, I think the Takt being gay is sloppy writing. I mentioned on the discord that based on what we see in ch 66, I wonder if it's less Takt is gay and it's more that Riku is the first person in his life that seems to care for Takt so Takt has latched onto Riku as a lifeline of sorts. He loves Riku but not romantically. He's possessive of Riku which is why he swoops in and steals any girl that shows interest in Riku so that Takt becomes Riku's only outlet. The reason he's crying in this chapter is that he knows Shizuku loves Riku romantically and he knows Riku feels the same and he feels bad about what he's doing because he knows it'll hurt Riku.

Also, typing the Spanish into Google, I was able to ascertain that in Chapter 66 Takt is shown at 8 years old and it's mentioned that he's the youngest of three brothers and he's regularly beaten and locked up in a dark room for reasons that haven't been revealed yet (and could very well be because he's gay). He finally has enough and runs away and that's when he meets Riku for the first time. Riku is the first person in Takt's life that shows him any sort of kindness. It's easy to say that what Takt feels for him is romantic love but I saw it more as holding onto the one thing that was good in your life. It's more obsessive/possessive than romantic.
