Sure, but charm has nothing to do with beauty, but how you "come off", the "air" about you, your "aura" - nothing to do with looks. So being an incredibly 'non-charming' person would probably make you creepy no matter what you do.
Quick edit: Though perhaps it's about beauty in this comic? I'm just talking about the term in common parlance.

No, it is written as マーク. I did a little thinking whether to use Maaku or Mark. But, ultimately, I chose Mark since the author deliberately used マーク and not マク. And, マーク is a common spelling for the English name Mark. I thought that was the joke, but I could be overthinking it. It feels too smart, but at the same time, pretty dumb that it fits.
