We have 3 female characters so far and no one but the boss ever showed interest in Ishizumi, so I think we're good.
If anything, I could see Ishizumi becoming Izumi's / his own rival

To be honest, for me the best course of action would be for a love triangle to form. The Izumi - Reina - Ishizumi triangle, that is.

Its probably because she’s not mentally or physically abusing MC. Moreso just pouting to herself and getting a bit frustrated occasionally when things mess up for her or she can’t fully understand a situation.

Don’t worry. Adding a secondary love interest wouldn’t even make sense now considering boss doesn’t know Ishizuma is Izuma and Ishizuma seems pretty locked on helping the boss and would just probably ignore them as well.

She has assaulted him twice on screen and that's while drunk, she probably assaulted off screen at work too. She has also screamed at the MC too, ultimately she does show every toxic trait of extreme tsunderes
