Don’t worry. Adding a secondary love interest wouldn’t even make sense now considering boss doesn’t know Ishizuma is Izuma and Ishizuma seems pretty locked on helping the boss and would just probably ignore them as well.

She has assaulted him twice on screen and that's while drunk, she probably assaulted off screen at work too. She has also screamed at the MC too, ultimately she does show every toxic trait of extreme tsunderes

The thing that seperates her for me is she’s not being like this because she’s a tsundere.

She’s very confrontational at first because she’s nervous about running the company directly after her dad and it’s an actual flaw MC addresses quite directly with her.

Her physical assaults while drunk also aren’t used in a tsundere manner but as “funny“ drunk behavior.

She’s moreso a very easily frustrated and childish person who’s trying to grow past said childishness.

As an actual “tsundere” though she’s super forward and doesn’t irrationally push him away.
