Chapter 38 page 3, or, if you want the earlier mention, Chapter 37 page 10 (I think. I am 99% sure it's the same person)You can't have a culprit that just appears out of nowhere in a mystery. Was this guy mentioned or seen before?

Chapter 8 Page 10You can't have a culprit that just appears out of nowhere in a mystery. Was this guy mentioned or seen before?
Well f*** me then, you found an even earlier mention than mineChapter 8 Page 10
Bullying fuels his superpowers that make him a stronger manipulator than the villain of Monster. This mf better have the best reason why he chose to drive Uichi to Suicide because this mf was helped by Uichi on not being alone as a kid, had attempts to save him from his bullying, and was just straight up kind to him
Yeah, I have a bad memory. Really don't remember this guy though.oh shit youre here too? and yeah he was briefly mentioned before its the guy he saved from bullying back in the day ill find the chapter for ya in a bit

I know he was mentioned but he wasn't really a character, I figured he would end up being part of the mystery but I didn't think he would be the culprit because he should have been introduced earlier for that. As a result whilst Greenfrost isn't literally correct I would say he is spiritually correctChapter 38 page 3, or, if you want the earlier mention, Chapter 37 page 10 (I think. I am 99% sure it's the same person)
Edit: Yes, it wasn't a direct mention, but he DID appear before. (also, Chapter 36 page 15)
