This reminds me of that one elf slice of life manga where the elf choose to live out of the elf forest. Had to drop it because of a sudden weird drama where a female character that liked the elf choose to made kids with someone who already has a partner or whatever shit. This one i think handled the elf human mismatched age better and not so weirdly dramatic.

It even copies the effects on the texts. I just have to make sure I'm getting the whole thing, the below is me copy pasting the quote directly, but i had to copy till #19 (comment number) to get the quote box, otherwise it just shows the colored text.
