I can't stand the Makirabi misunderstanding. Yes they needed something for MC to change shifts, but what piss me off his Mika-kun himself. His secret isn't worth keeping when
-he know MC loves Yuki-san
-his secret is nothing to be ashamed of and MC would not give a shit.

It's nothing to be ashamed when you're an adult and can make your own choices, meanwhile children have to be at mom and dad's good side, and i'm sure both would question their son playing pretend as a cute girl and sucking up to strangers online (as most parents would).
Yukihira only knows the secret because she sneaked up on maki, otherwise he wouldn't tell her about it either: Anyone who discovers the secret = one more chance for it to reach the ears of people at home.
Should've just brushed off arima's challenge or force him to fake confess to miyahara in front of everyone in case of defeat.

The last couple of volumes haven't ranked weekly on shoseki sales. First one sold a little over 2200 physical volumes and the second volume sold around 1700. It's ranked daily three and four days on third and fourth volume, and it's published web only so sales requirements aren't incredibly high most likely, but my guess would be that it's ending in volume 5 or 6. I've seen some web only manga going on very long with bad sales, like sasha, so you never know though.

This turned out to be prescient 😭.
