Usually they have the price without tax followed by price after tax in bracket. At least from my experience for book and magazineIs it normal/common in Japan to publish a price excluding tax?
I feel like a crazy person. What's the effing point of the price without the tax? It's not what you're paying, it's not what the thing costs...Usually they have the price without tax followed by price after tax in bracket. At least from my experience for book and magazine
Idk. Ask Americans, from what I heard from friends and relatives who live/ travel there tax is never included in any of their goods, so you have to calculate them yourself. Maybe Japanese follow their practice since after WWII US is their main trading partner. Maybe someone who see this can enlighten us.I feel like a crazy person.
