Admittedly really enjoying this arc--problems aren't instantly breezed through with Muh OP Master [the] Sword, the villains this time were actually prepared for a fight, and there is desperation everywhere. Sure, a lot of it is ambiguously OP, especially since it feels like "Evil" skills seem to be getting spammed more than Darkness in a KH game, but it's weighty enough to give the impression that actual thought was put in, and I really appreciate that.


Also, A Fat-Assed Milf Joins the Battle will never not be peak cinema.

Can't have a boss battle in this series without something or someone unexpectedly showing up. It's like every major battle needs to have several additional stages where the enemy and the MCs alternate in gaining more advantages one way or another that may or probably may not be foreshadowed before.

At least it means Fran (plus Sword) isn't yet the strongest person around, despite being pretty tough. It's better that way, especially if it allows bringing back old, interesting characters to help her. The story can still develop her strength gradually, without needing to come up with ways to nerf her, to keep fights more interesting.

The Evil Attribute is the opposite attribute to the Divine Attribute, and at later points in the story, its existence serves as a nerf to the stupidly OP Divine Attribute.

A Divine Attribute user (S-Rank Adventurers) can only be defeated by another Divine Attribute user or an Apostle of the Evil Goddess 10,000 times stronger than Linford.

Speaking of power levels in this series, an A-Rank Adventurer is 2 to 10 times stronger than the current Fran.

An S-Rank Adventurer is 10,000 times stronger than an A-Rank Adventurer.

And you need 5 S-Rank Adventurers to defeat an S-Rank Monster.
