I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't that. But aside from meta gooner reasons for the chapter's contents, here we de facto have a guy reluctantly going along with someone else's sexual advances (because they're kind of into them), urged along by someone else's wishes into doing things he's not really comfortable with, and the other person eventually takes things too far and sexually assaults him. I really hope the author doesn't just brush that off, they've flipped the "usual" gender dynamic and this is an opportunity for both further meta social commentary, should the author want to do that, and character growth on both the leading characters' parts.

The fact that she immediately stops being big when she realizes what she did implies it was an accident so they might still be able to make the relationship work, but continuing a relationship containing sexual assault is a HUGE red flag. They gotta work on communication and goals and boundaries and probably a host of other things.

Other thoughts:

1) Oh yeah, Yachiru-san is LITERALLY a monster. I wonder if that aspect plays a stronger role in the plot and/or her character than we've seen so far.
2) Just the previous chapter, she was praising him for always hearing her out and respectfully listening to what she had to say. That's what we call irony.

Well my earlier theory seems to be somewhat true, she's definitely got a feral side she seems to have lost touch with and it gets activated when she has "prey".

It's not a "herbivore" thing. The guy likes Yachiru but not in that way yet. Remember their relationship up until this point was just friendly at best. Nothing sexual nor intimate happened intentionally before this point. During this scene Seiichiru was hesitant with everything she was doing because while he wanted to help her, he also didn't want to introduce a sexual element to their relationship as he didn't want to take advantage of her initially pure intentions.

Being reduced to tears because someone took advantage of you and used you for their own pleasure without caring about how you felt is natural.

Well that went from 0 to 120 real fast. Yachiru with that massage got me for a moment. So innocent at times.

Big and oppressive was to be expected but after she dropped the knee on me that knocked me right out of it. Manga is gonna be a bit different after this one.

It'll be interesting to see where they take yachiru's literally monster bed nature. Hopefully it's properly addressed too and they don't just gloss over the fact that she took full advantage of seiichiro there.
