When I look at that, I have a few things to say.

1. Ruri has a nice ass
2. Her baton looks misplaced, or rather weird if she wears it there. As if she's hiding it, but it should be inconvenient.
   Unconfortable while walking and especially unpractical when sitting - she would need to move it aside for that.
3. I might be wrong, her pose could be deceiving... Ruri seems to be shorter than the Konno sisters.
4. Hana should normally be able to stop her, so I assume Ruri might be pretty fast and agile
5. Miss Number 4 has quite the rack (not on Kaede's or Miku's level, but she's on the larger side.

...somehow Ruri here reminded me slightly of this (R-18 version Sakura watching Akane and Sou)
