I wouldn't think so. Girls can choose what to wear on their legs - short/long socks, stockings, pantyhose... when it comes to the color, most wear black. All student guards wear black, but the length and style differs. Among them Kaede is the only one who wears white but she's not the only girl wearing white stockings or socks. You can see it in chapter 55 for example. So that's not really unique, maybe it's a matter of personal taste.

Still, when it comes to Kaede, then one thing about her uniform is rather unique. She wears a vest under her blazer and it seems that she's the only one who does that. I don't think it's purely a fashion choice - probably she does that to support her overly large chest.

Only Miku, the strongest guard, can deny her large chest even the support of a jacket by wearing it open. Really shows who is the brawler and who is the tactician
