Oh...so on top of everything Yotsuha's also on a time limit because of her deterioating health...darn, that's rough.

...What're the odds that she'll end pushing herself too hard and end up in a coma or something ? Feels like foreshadowing.....

And huh, seems like the brother is an alright guy, steering her away from the path of murder...

Still, strange that he just accepted everything right off the bat without any questions....

I guess his blank behaviour can be partly explained by having developed it as a survival Mechanism against the psycho Mother, but it's still strange.....
Her mentioning how the watch accumulated time makes me feel like its more the watch is taking time off her life in exchange for going back and saving MC.

That's an interesting and reasonable guess; thank you for reminding me how many nuances remain yet to come out. 😌

imagine if the mastermind is just her from another universe or her from future because shes becoming yandere and theres a hatred towards him in the future because he sees him with another woman or something like that. idk tho this is just a theory

i doubt i can get believable motive from the mastermind
hmm
Actual Psychopaths who want nothing but to see other people suffer are, unfortunately, real. They don't need a motive other than "Because I wanted to", because to that kind of twisted mind that's good enough. They do not have a sense of empathy or an understanding of emotions, there is only "I want to do this thing". I say 'psychopath' and not 'sociopath' because they are not the same thing; Sociopaths are emotionally strange, but they -do- have emotions. They just don't care about other people's emotions. Sociopaths would be Freddy or Hannibal Lecter, Psychopath would be Michael Myers or Jason (though Jason a bit less so; he does care about his mother).

The only way her brother being the mastermind makes sense at this point is if his target is Yotsuha and not Uichi, people are saying the hacker girl is sus over nothing, not saying she isn't the mastermind but the only evidence she is is that she exists.

Okay smart move of her brother to tell her early not to kill anyone because that's only going to make things worse permanently

Future-Uichi is the mastermind.
Future-Uichi can't forgive past-Uichi for causing Yotsuba to die so future Uichi has to go back in time to make past Uichi kill himself.

Reiji isn't clover, he gives suicide instruction to uichi to help alleviate uichis pain. He probably receives a message from clover saying "Uichi help you by taking your spot from your "friends", will you return his help by releasing him from his "friends" too?

I still have a suspicion on her brother being the mastermind. Her indirectly causing her mother death is a plausible motive.

Other than her brother, I think someone from her orphanage have a grudge to yotsuba, even tho i do agree the mastermind couldnt be a kid at the same age as yotsuba.

damn, just read this in one go. It's a freaking wild ride. so the clover-san is the one who resent uichi this much.

Let's say, It should have 2 possibility ,right ?

1) this clover-san has similar power to Yotsuba(maybe just one time rewind but can go longer than her so he can make prep work), then there should be "first timeline" where his life didn't fall apart and trying his best to fullfill his promise to yotsuba in more healthy envoriment while Yotsuba also do the same and both are finally reunited in december 6th.

what went wrong during this to make that certain person resent him that much to basically crafting the plan to change uichi's life miserable for years.

Or 2)clover-san is already there since beginning. should be similar age as him and close to him cuz why else normal adult would hate a kid this much to make him kys instead of more direct approach.

that'd mean clover is most likely one of their childhood friend and have to be smart af to craft such a nasty plan in young age(and even notice that someone try to ruined thier plan and have plan B ready) so the hacker girl would be one of candidate too? If it's her then maybe she knows that Yotsuba having such a hard life with new mother and can't forgive him??? (then she should go for new mother tho, why him?)

well, ig we need more info to confirmed who is mastermind (or maybe some people already notice several hints to know who but I'm not good with mystery plot) but it's fun read nonetheless. can't wait for the reveal.

Now we are reminded about Yae's batting hobby, kinda do feel bad for his mom. From what we seen in flashbacks she has done NOTHING to instill this evil in Yae and all her effort in raising the boy goes to waste as he destroys his own future in multiple ways in different timelines (even in the bad future it is clear Yotsuba would have never returned his feelings or even live much longer without Uichi), always sabotaging his life despite what she tried to teach the boy. #fuckyae

Honestly this kinda makes me more intrigued by the story. We are initially lead to believe that the story was told pretty linearly, rewinds aside. However now it seems like there was a lot more going on with prior rewinds than what was initially shown. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually did a 99% playthrough of saving Uichi, (taking down the 3 Stooges, Yae and fixing the family), yet started all over again after learning of Clover to ensure everything was perfect and no one threatens Uichi anymore (her actions shown in the currently untranslated chapters heavily implies that she even did those stuff before and perfected them). It makes me curious if something happened in that 99% timeline that warranted such a drastic rewind (assuming she even went back to the first day and not to the start of the Yae arc). Obviously with the watch dead for now, this won't happen anymore, but its interesting none the less.

Well, this chapter pretty much confirms who the other clover is

the brother

Not hating on it, but I was hoping for a bigger twist

Absolutely blows my mind that so many people still think Fuu is Clover as if she isn't just almost as devastated as Yotsuha is at Uichi's funeral in Chapter 43.
When the big reveal happens and some character is shown in a flashback sending Yae advice, traveling back through time, etc… some folks are going to be like "Nuh uh they're just following Fuu's instructions because she's the real Clover." 😅
