She flips it back on them, asking if they've seen it with their own eyes, because she doesn’t buy those rumors Eiji’s never been the type to hurt a girl.

When Ai goes to apologize to Eiji, she meets Eiji’s mom at his house. Turns out, his mom knew way before Eiji caught Miyuki cheating on him. She even saw Miyuki holding hands with another guy and told her she wasn’t good enough for Eiji and that she needs to stay away from him. Heartbroken, Miyuki goes home and, not knowing what to do, calls Kondo to help her forget her bitterness with, uh, sex. Yep she actually calls Kondo over when her mom’s not home and asks him to do that. Wild, right?

Now we’re patiently waiting for that bitch Miyuki to show up at Eiji place and get roasted by Eiji mom maybe on chapter 5 or 6

fucking hell that boils my blood, utter rage is what it gives me. Worst part, I've seen that retarded logic happening IRL. Down to her being mad and offended the ex she betrayed started to heal without her, its all painfully accurate. Cant wait to see what you described happen!!

Man these teachers being so serious and acting so quickly about it all is probably the most unrealistic part lol. At my school they would've backed up the asshole Kondo. Well they did up until the point my school's version of Kondo started masturbating in the classroom and showing off to girls in the middle of class and the school almost got sued to oblivion.

Its really sweet to see Ai be saved by the one kind hand to reach out. Eiji being saved by her like that is also surprisingly realistic. He's a young little man growing up, having purpose to a shattered social life has saved many men before. Just having someone else you want to help can be a massive motivator in you continuing on purely for the sake of another. They're both in a fragile spot for now so I really look forward to seeing them heal!

You mean the nurse? From what Ive seen she's acting normal. Like any normal woman that is genuinely scared and worried a student she had under her care just got up and killed himself.

She even said she should've stopped him from leaving by force and regrets not doing so. Pobably full of guilt and feeling like she failed at protecting a student's well being. She is the nurse after all, its her duty to keep the kids healthy and she sees herself as having failed to do so.

Well it kinds do be like that irl lol.
Suicide jump survivors basically all regret it the moment they jump.
Turns out your brain and mind really dont want to actually die, it just wants the suffering to stop. Finding someone else thats also on the edge like you can pull you out of it for a moment. They also got lucky they also clicked with each other and worked as a pressure release valve for each other. If their suffering is eased just enough then they no longer need to resort to the permanent and worst solution.

Not just having a vent, but having a greater purpose above yourself where someone else needs you is a massive motivator to push through
(FallenShadow/Shondo is a recent example of this motivator. Your life may be worthless, but the other people you love isnt and you have to make sure their's isnt lost)

They still both have their issues and it will linger yet, but in the moment wanting to save her is what saved him from wanting to jump, and wanting her to live is saving her from wanting to end it. It's like finding a reason to keep yourself alive even with the issues remaining, giving you time to deal with it.
