Yeah, uh... Panda and Co. ...Funeral homes? Yeah, this guy here. He's so far gone, might as well call him dead.

I go light for breakfast, often skipping lunch and go moderate on dinner. Usually that's how it goes. On good days, I go all out on lunch and skip breakfast and dinner.

don't you feel really weak in the evenings if you skip lunch? like way worse than the feeling of skipping breakfast

Oh self discipline I like it

For me do breakfast whatever and then a medium to heavy lunch, then skipped diner. If I hungry a little snack usually solve it

What @Papanda having? The typical American breakfast is scramble or omelette egg, with a little pile of tots or hash, then some greasy bacon, finished with cup of Joe

There is other choice like cereal
Wheat Chex (@robertelch - it's the weekend so I mix it up a bit from the Grape-Nuts), juice, other juice, Ovaltine, coffee. Also a blood pressure pill and some aspirin and acetaminophen (paracetamol).
basically cereal

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of the 'diner-style breakfast' - too heavy first thing in the morning. Once in a while it's a nice change of pace, but I wouldn't want to do it regularly. And I don't think it would do my health any favors either.
