What the actual F? Author is not interested in sharing the spot light with any of the side characters. Only MC can act like a god and achieve victory with little trouble. This stupid system of "chess piece" techniques is as dumb as all that cultivation, and open gates BS from Chinese manhuas. What is even the point of these girls? They don't grow, they lose pathetically, and honestly, there are authors out there that handle secondary characters better. Next time ON DBZ, MC will come out of nowhere and save the day.

The artist clearly has no experience or skill in action scenes.
While this Manga doesn't rely on it a lot, it's still disappointing that the few actions scenes we get, are very low in quality.

What a shame.

It’s a massive shame. This artist can draw characters and facial expressions pretty damn well. Solid backgrounds too. But the fight scenes just feel so static. And underwhelming. The whole 2 vs thousands battle felt like a small skirmish using parlor trick explosions.

Either way, it’s still one of my favorite manga just due to plot execution but, man if they had someone else draw the action scenes this could be so peak.
