Now that I think about it... Spica herself is also a murderer. The author wouldn't try to make the twist of everyone being guilty of something and Spica lured all of them to swiftly kill, would they?

My guess is killer is Spica herself.

Aoba is the robber but between the protectiveness of the safe and the conversation of the air plane the boss was an accomplice. Spica is probably going to also kill Aoba and let him let the blame for the murder.

For Bonus points I don't think these two will be the only murders. People are going to be picked off one by one before the Spica reveal with maybe one or two exceptions.
