I rather enjoy how thoughtful this manga is in terms of the themes it portrays.
Sure, Mira's a monster with a monstrous chest, but the concepts of what it means to be a hero, to help people, what it means to be human, things like friends, self-esteem, identity, duty and how sometimes it's okay to be a little bit selfish

Just very interesting that for all the slapstick and silly faces, this title's got a pretty big heart.

I was so upset when I read the latest raw chapter yesterday and it announced it would be ending next chapter.

This manga has everything to continue for a few more volumes. At its core it's a silly gag comedy, there's no reason it couldn't continue with the main couple being together.

I still love this Manga and I'm glad it at least concluded the romance and the main story beats, but by God I don't think I've ever felt more disappointed by an ending announcement (especially because it literally came with no forewarning).

Felt like we were wrapping up when the horns broke, and honestly, it was a good run. I would have loved for more hero/villain couple shenanigans, but at the same time, the ultimate monster being hysterically weak really just fits too well, and Dethbiz has literally never been shown to have any real... anything, so it's not like there's much else for them to do.

But, I'll definitely be eyeing the author's next work, that's for sure.

Honestly, this chapter sets up the ending quite well. Doctor no longer wants the belt, we get backstory on Mira's design, everyone is fulfilled by their place in the world.

Kinda odd to have the original monster just introduced and end so abruptly, but it's a comedy first so ¯⁠\⁠⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠⁠/⁠¯
