It was already revealed on the last page of the first web comic which one is wearing dick-padded panties, so you can find the answer for yourself. That being said, the series is pretty funny and both of them are cute.

If you have read the final chapter, please answer and explain to me why Nozomu leave Nagomu and Takushi, and worse why Nozomu decide to take over the company and become masculine and cool, it hurts me the bottom of my heart. WHY!? WHY NOZUMU TURN MASCULINE AND LEARN MARTIAL ARTS AND EVEN BECOME CEO OF A COMPANY!? WHY NOZUMI CHANGE TO BEING COOL AND MASCULINE!? do they give up being themself. And worse, they even ignore who they are; they like cute clothes and hate masculine stuffs like being tall, learn martial arts and don't want to become company's successor. As you see in the end the three married and Nozumu has returned their long hair and wear cute clothes again. THEN WHY THEY WANTED TO TAKE OVER HIS COMPANY AND EVEN GIVE UP THEIR FEELING ON TAKUSHI!? WHY NOZUMI BECOME MASCULINE, TALLER THAN NAGOMU AND TAKE OVER OF COMPANY WHICH THE MAN THEY LOVE - TAKUSHI WORK!?

The twin brother don't have any futures. I mean he doesnt even bother to improve himself into proper guy. Instead crossdressing to girl. Waste of time.
actually, after re reading again, I think he dresses feminine is because he initially wants his older sister be happy and not want her to "political marriage" which is he may never meet her again if she was forced to marry to someone she didn't love. Therefore, he break up with him and because he want her to be happy with the main character (because she indeed loves him) although he admits that dressing feminine is also part of himself and he indeed loves main character .

actually the web comic and the serialization manga is 2 different universe, which no successor and no expectation for the twin, just a daily life for 2 middle school students

Overall I enjoyed the series, but MAN did the machine translation make it really hard to follow (I had to read it on another site). For example, when it revealed who the guy twin was, I didn't even realize it was revealed..

It's a common trope of whose who, but I like that by the end, reality shows that wasn't actually the important part. It was who loved whom and why. I like the ending, to be honest. Love won, as it should. It was a silly but fun ride.

That being said, I actually recommend avoiding this series until there is a proper translation.. if that ever happens. The MTL makes the dialogue hard to follow and weakens the experience significantly. Even now I'm struggling to score the manga and not the poor translation, as that isn't fair to the work.

Finished the series thanks to a non-English translation group. 10/10 masterpiece. No notes.

Well, jokes aside, the ending (the final 3 chapters) was somewhat rushed; I think it would've been better with like 30-50% more chapters, but I suppose it's better to end early than overstay its welcome. Still, I think it's really good overall. To give my brief thoughts:
  • The character arcs make sense for each of them, and the author addressed the "controversial" themes/topics in a really sensible manner.
  • The writing is also good on the emotions side (the characters' actions, thoughts, and words resonated well with me), and decent on the humor side (no LMAO jokes, but I was entertained).
  • Bonus points that the art was consistently great.

May I ask you a few questions? I have read it but I still find it difficult to understand, please help me.

1. In the last few chapters, why did the femboy left and where did he go after it?
2. Why does the femboy chooses to become the heir of his father's company?
3. In the last chapter, Why and How can he look taller, stronger and more masculine? Why did he stop cross-dressing and becomes masculine just like his father and his grandfather?
4. Why does he wants to take over Takushi's company?

I feel like these questions require extra context, so I’m going to give a somewhat long response here.

tl;dr: “The femboy” (Nozomu) wanted both his sister (Nagomu) and the love of his life (Takushi) to be happy; so he tried to sacrifice his own happiness for them.

For Takushi, his happiness would come from marrying “Nazomu” (the “girl” he fell in love with back then); but he doesn’t know who is who, so he would’ve been fine with either one (prior to chapter 13) as long as they’re the girl. In chapter 13, Takushi realizes that he loves Nozomu, and wants to be granted permission to be with him, even if Nozomu isn’t the one originally betrothed to him (since the original agreement was to the daughter, Nagomu). Still, Takushi would’ve also been happy to marry only Nagomu since he loves them both (but only if that’s what they both truly want). The main obstacles to Takushi’s happiness are that he needs to be the heir/head of the Hatsujou to have permission to marry the daughter of Zenmai; and he’s only “allowed” to have 1 partner.

For Nagomu, her happiness would come from seeing her brother happy; but in chapter 13, she realized that she also loves Takushi, so marrying him would grant her happiness as well. Her obstacle is that only 1 person is supposed to marry Takushi.

[Questions 1, 2, 3] For Nozomu, his happiness would also come from marrying Takushi, whom he fell in love with in the past, and again in the present. However, he knows his sister also loves Takushi, and he thinks that marrying Takushi would be robbing her happiness. Additionally, Nozomu also has another obstacle: he’s expected to inherit the Zenmai business, otherwise his sister would need to take his place. And the one who inherits it wouldn’t be able to live as they please, so Nozomu doesn’t want to. Faced with an impossible decision, he chose to sacrifice his own happiness for his sister’s. He then went on to become the heir, implying that he’s completely given up on marrying Takushi, so that Nagomu would be his partner by default.

Still, that doesn’t mean Nozomu gave up completely. During the 3 years he was missing, he (presumably) worked hard and became manlier (you can fill in the gaps on “how”) in order to hold as much power as possible, as the head of the Zenmai. This way, he would be able to create that sci-fi Takushi clone, since he reasoned that having 2 Takushis would solve the problem of marriage. (Yes, the reason he had to reinvent himself and work so hard is just a gag; but his reason for becoming the heir is to free his sister so she can live the life she wants.)

[Question 4] As for why Nozomu planned to take over Hatsujou’s business: that never got addressed, but I assume it’s to free Takushi from his burdens as the Hatsujou head as well, so that he and Nagomu can live more freely.

Of course, in the end, Nozomu’s efforts were unnecessary, since neither of the other two wanted him to sacrifice his happiness, so they solved the aforementioned obstacles with polygamy (yay!)

Thank you so so much! You saved me.
Also, could I ask you that,
1. After the polygamy, why he didn't dress like a boy but returns to be a femboy and wearing skirt again (I saw him wearing wedding dress during their marriage picture)!?
2. When he became manlier and taller, is it also because that he trained martial art and doing gym hard as well as trying to deny his love toward Takushi? When after the polygamy marriage, he choose to quit all of those masculinity, which can explain he looks feminine and slim again at the end?
3. Also, what do you think Nozomu in his suit and masculine body, compare it to his femboy (include after poly marriage) form.
4. I wonder what will Nozomu's cousins, who are his subordinate in company, and his father and grandfathers as well as Takushi grandfather react when seeing the three of them got married, especially Nozomu wearing skirt again!?
