I was bullied for my first 3 years of high school because I looked like the actor for Jeffrey Dahmer. It made me very untrusting of anyone nice to me except my closest friends. same. I got bullied by my classmates (verbal, but won't say about what) for 2 years. Took me 4, months to recover, and another 3 to start trusting people again. By the time same bullying happened again, I'm already matured enough to not let it get to me.
I'm thankful that all of my trusted friends were there to help me.
