Thanks for translating it to the end, shame it turned out to just be a novel ad. It was cute.

...man, I'm tired of light novel ads in the form of manga...

Can anyone recommend me a completed manga with a completed story?

I feel like everything new I encounter nowadays is either ads with a mutilated story or 1-to-4-pages-per-chapter Twitter crap.

Since I'm asking for recommendations, I'll recommend something myself.

I really liked Superior and its continuation, Superior Cross. I remember really enjoying it more than a decade ago and it popped into my head just now when thinking about classic manga with an actually complete story.

Another classic recommendation is Magical Gunslinger Kurohime, which I liked a lot, but the story gets kinda insane at times, from what I remember.

Actually, I just found out that the advanced search lets you put the publication year to specifically look for older works. Makes it easy to go back to a time when most stories weren't just adapted from light novels and slop wasn't as prevalent.

Wish it let me input a range, though. I started from 2000 and going year by year is kinda tedious, but still useful. Already found quite a few interesting ones, and other classics I remember reading.

It really feels like the quality of writing has declined in the past decade or so.
Technically, Yumemiro Danshi adapts the complete-as-of-now LN series, though it does so by cramming the final two books into a single (if very long) manga chapter. (It still feels open-ended because the author abandoned the project a few episodes into the anime run.)

The Seishun Buta Yarou manga series covers all of the main plots of the first arc of the story and brings things to a satisfying conclusion. Or, at least, it will once the fourth title of the six finally wraps up (1-3 and 5-6 are done).

Toradora is inching toward the finish line; it's likely going to close out with the next tank's material (FINALLY).

The various Irregular at Magic High manga are determined to cover basically everything in the LNs in a very strange order.

“Manga Volume 3 is a bestseller!”

Proceeds to end the manga the next volume just to advertise the LN…

Such disappointment.

Well it was a fun fluffy romance manga, it wasn't really all that unique if I must say, the whole premise of the MC coincidentally meeting the "girl of his dreams" has been done a crap ton. And the manga didn't even have much backstory from the FMC's side of family with the whole arranged marriage thing.

It started so well, got annoying bc of mc was being spineless, got better again when they solved all the nihara thing but i doubt that adding that character was necessary. Anyway it could of finished better too like we lost half of the last chapter to the program. This is such a disappointment honestly. It could of been perfect but ill give it an 8 bc of the downsides.
