First, pls get better image quality. You can get the chapters from FUZ in high quality using a Tampermonkey script. Second, you said you are picking up the series, but if people went to the other scan website that has a bunch of yuri by destiny, they would see that this chapter is already scanlated, as well as Vol. 1 extras. They stopped posting here after the mass chapter deletion thing.
Anyway, talk to the previous group, they're somehow active... I think (nienai is pretty active online tho).

NOOOOO Don't get from Bookwalker. The quality there is horrible and super annoying to get those files. Search for comic FUZ downloader and get the script from github.

Well, there is no rule for snipping indeed, and I get some groups are slower than others. I just prefer quality over quantity (not only image, but I can't stand MTL. Didn't read this chapter to check if it is MTL or not tho), and I know hot salt frying scans didn't do MTL and used good quality images, for me, I can wait heh.
Still, if people want to snipe it, ask the other group first if they intend to launch a chapter soon. If not, go for it (and don't use MTL, if you do, please add a note at the credits page... not saying @RhyeBread_ used tho, again I didn't read much to check it but I will trust them heh).
