My best guess is that all three try to avoid prying into each other's business, just to prevent the others from getting the idea to do the same to them

Also, considering that all three of them try to act like "a normal idol", and their go-to source as to what that would look like is their group members, there may be some feedback loop going on here where they all become increasingly weird since everybody just copies each other, but nobody knows what they are doing and they keep spiraling downwards (which honestly would be a very funny premise for a story on its own)
