One of the noble kids (WN name translation was Razor) that Arcs noticed tries to force Eleonore (Elen) to a dance. Elen rejects him but he keeps forcing her so Arcs had to intervene, Arcs at first reasons with Razor that his actions is wrong and tries to settle it peacefully. Razor backs off at first but the moment Arcs turns away, he hits Arcs in the head with a bottle or something causing Arcs to bleed. But instead of trying to fight back, Arcs used a sleeping spell on Razor to stop the situation from going out of hand.

Things happen and Razor was later disowned by their family.
Elen also later reveals about her Dark power and was afraid to tell it to Arcs because she was afraid the he will leave her if he knows about her dark power (They manifest as tentacles thingy), of course Arcs does not mind this and she later was more open about her Dark power

Later, Elen was to enter the Academy but Arcs as a commoner can't join her. Instead Elen suggested to Arcs to join the Knight's course which if he passes, allows him to attend the Academy. At the academy, some things aren't the same as the game such as the Heroine instead of the main academy has joined the Knights course instead.

The WN is still on going and so far I like it. Elen is very aggressive on her approach to win Arcs love while Arcs seems oblivious, is quite aware that she has gone Yandere over him. No third wheelers has appeared so far in the WN

So I can appreciate going by the description you provided that as standardized as the story is so far, the author has avoided the whole "I saved my love interest from being SA'd" tripe. That and as much as we meme about the characters looking older than what they actually art, I'm at least giving the manga artist credit for not being creepy with how she's been drawn if that makes sense lol

I know this is giving praise for doing the bare minimum, but that's kind of the landscape of these reincarnation stories at this point.

Medieval children were still very much children. These child skeletons in medieval graveyards have the very same proportions as modern-day child skeletons, not the bullshit shown here.

Also, yes, children from poorer family would start helping out earlier (often with raising younger kids, that is), but still at a level they could reasonably manage. Help feeding the chicken? Sure. Organize a whole ass noble party in the stead of the adults while managing all that etiquette bullshit? No way.

Moreover, this isn’t a medieval-fantastic setting: they’ve got fricking microphones!! It’s the classical pseudo-Victorian crap you find in mangas written by people who actually don’t know much about European nobility and history.

Medieval children were actually significantly smaller than modern. Exertion stunts growth while (clean)milk and meat boosts it. Even Victorian men were only like 5'5 on average. Its completely an author + artist skill issue.

Shes already pretty possesive of him but its not on yandere level, so far its her just being jealous that she isn't having 100% of his attention.
Can't wait for when they get older where her possessiveness evolves into obsessiveness and where she truly becomes a yandere.
