I still think that oh-so-mysterious Iron leader from early chapters, who's always drinking whiskey (or whatevs it is) while staring at the big painting or the window, is the last boss.
003 iirc has been in contact with Iron for some time, and somehow I'm thinking she'll be backstabbed by them or something along that line that causes her to fall out with Iron. Not that I so wish 003 to "go back to the right path with friends" (since it's been shown that she's had that psycho mentality issue from the beginning and even her comrades disagreed with her actions), just that I don't think she'll be the last boss

If we're talking about fighting or combat prowess, 003 is definitely the last boss. She's the top 3 among the numbers and also the leader candidate for the number. We've been shown just how OP the numbers are and the only adversary that was equal to them is 003. Those Iron leader was like a schemer. His opposition is those higher ups from the SW group. His objective was to overtake the firearm monopoly from SW Groups. You already saw how the Iron leader had tried multiple times to weakened SW Group, but it failed. All of his pawn ended up destroyed. Now, the only pawn he had is 003's PMC and he will surely use them to attack SW Group again.

Second time seeing this cop? Yes, back when Ijin was under suspicion of murder.
Second time Ijin meeting someone wounded in an alley? Also yes, but it was Cha Dusik's right-hand man, back when Dusik was cornered by 2 other gang factions and Ijin saved him and left while saying "I've repaid my debt."
