Yeah, that is true. But most shounen series have at least a few irredeemables, this one has almost zero of those.

God willing, no. The only way they could do it would be to pull a flashback to a tragic story or something, since they didn't do it during their fight... but man, he's so fun to hate I don't want the author to turn him good.

Rather he be kept a repugnant bastard and either those demon worshippers rescue him and power him up, or whoever he works for retrieves him and gives him a more fucked up set of equipment and send him to kill Cross for being a menace to their plans.
