She might aswell have been in her husbands eyes, so it really doesnt matter, considering they for some odd reason want to hide the fact they're related, so he can't really see it any other way.

Adding on to all that is the fact his wife and daughter treat him like literal garbage they want gone, smashing his self-esteem and all in the process.

Also "reduced" intimacy wouldn't even imply cheating in their case now, because she clearly refused it before already and all other points don't apply either, because she's been a shitstain all along making it all understandable.

As psychotic as the other woman is, she's making him take care of himself more and build up self-esteem 😐
