Eldar to Dark Eldar

the specific psyonic human portrait added by the DLC looks more like a human than an elf, but I could see a way to do it.
thing is, I mase thel with the "under one rule" origin.
I prons have a similar enough origin within my mods to simulate a dark eldar/fall of the eldar empire, situation.
kind of a shame that Stellaris has a very limited tech system.
