A sudden detective arc

someone been murdered, you need to clear that person name. He is the notorious trouble maker so no one believed his innocent.

then make a twist after you finally clear the character name they just dont care. Someone need to take the blame and the real culprit is too important to thrown in jail. There have a character development where the world is work favoring those in power and them that powerless is left with NOTHING
