Just found another instance of this happening under
Koushinchou no Kouhai ♀ to Teishinchou no Senpai ♂ ga Ren'ai ni Hatten Suru made main forum section. What makes this one so interesting is that we got a confirmation on who it was since so many people both quoted and mentioned them.
And also further confirmation that the numbers at the end of 'Deleted member' is in fact their username ID from V3.
Checking the original @ shows that the account is
indeed deleted, but trying to search the username brings up
an account that was made in V5. So this proves that these usernames can be reused if the original account is deleted.
