The last tome the couple was together was chapter 69. This chapter was about 6 months after that. Finally we see Bauer pregnant. But, in a way, what Dewey said at the end of chapter 67 was true, even though Bauer was pregnant faster than she expected.

It really took years. 3 years. For us.

And THERE'S NO SCENE OF S*X OR scene where he do it. Last chapter 77 only cover before he going to another capital. And the only scene with breaur are sansui failed to do it.

Ch. 67 mission failed. Dewey, and us, expected that Bauer wouldn't get laid for a few years, not to mention pregnant.

But sometimes between ch 67 and 69, which should be only a few months apart, they succeed, defying her and our predictions.

But, on the meta level, ch.67 was 3 years ago. So, Dewey was right about that glacial pace of the publication.

It reminds me of the ass pull the anime adaptation of Nonbiri Nouka did. In the manga hes shown banging all the residents of the village, yet in the anime its never shown, but in ep10? iirc Ru Rushi (the vampire chick) is all of a sudden preggers. SMH
