This is genuinely a controversial opinion and i expect a lot of people to completely disagree with what i will say next. Just know that if i had the opportunity, yes i would also run the Miyuki bitch over with a car. I’m just here to settle something that’s been bothering me for a while.

We all know that Miyuki did something irredeemable. That no one can ever forgive her, that she deserves the worse of punishment in hell and then some. HOWEVER. I feel like people are overshadowing how much worse the toilet paper bag that is Kondo when they berate Miyuki and not him. By technicality (not in actuality), Miyuki is at least partially justified. She was manipulated by that psychopath into the situation that we are now. She was practically forced into a relationship with Kondo in the first place too. And out of all the bitc characters in this story, shes basically the only one who shows at least some sort of remorse. Normal people can chalk it up to a lapse in teenage judgement, and unlike the genuine bastard that is Kondo, Miyuki at least partially has a heart. So it bothers me that people chew the fuck out of Miyuki more than they do out of Kondo. Extremely controversial opinion, i know. But i also know that Miyukis actions are not justified at all, it’s just that most of us might be able to somewhat sympathise with her because we’ve all made a mistake similar to this situation in out lives, just obviously not as severe (i hope)

And with that, i’ll never say a good thing about the bitch again. There were many times when I sympathised with her as i read this manga and the light novel, because she is by technicality also a victim in this situation, but her actions were never justified, and never right.Whats worse is that she knows shes wrong, yet STILL CONTINUES TO DIG HER GRAVE DEEPER FOR NO REASON. She had 500 different opportunities to confess earlier and be at least partially forgiven for her actions, but NOPE! Continues to cling to Kondo like the hoe she is. I’m just here to say that she deserves hell’s boiler room, while Kondo deserves satan’s basement. That is all.

His mom is also a piece of shit and can rot in hell. This chapter kind of made me sick to my stomach. She knew his GF was cheating on him and didn’t tell him. She’s completely negligent and worthless as a parent.

Aside from the emotional harm she neglected to protect him from, there are also real health risks. His mom didn’t know how far they’d gone as a couple. His girlfriend is banging at least one other guy that she knows of. She could be riddled with STDs and ended up giving the MC AIDS or hepatitis-C ffs.

I am entirely in agreement, Kondo admitted himself to doing the same thing to several other couples and getting some sick, twisted enjoyment out of doing it. Miyuki deserves eternal solitude for going along with it, but Kondo is the real scumbag villain of the story

I don't know the source/LN material... but my impression of Miyuki is like a naive idiot pretty teenager who doesn't seem to recognize the consequences of their own actions (ala ignorance, intentional or not). I suppose this is one of those hard lesson that can only be learned by FAFO. Unfortunately for Miyuki, FO is gonna be very, very rough. This is something that some kids/teenagers will carry into adulthood and the rest of their life (a regret). Most teenagers are dumb and for most humans, the brain don't fully "mature" until mid 20s. By that time, actual good friends are far too rare and the regret develops into persistent relationship and trust issues.

Our MC here is is fortunate to have at least one true friend here.

She wasn't forced into anything, she made choices. And Kondo is an irredeemable piece of shit. But Kondo wasn't in a relationship with the MC, Kondo didn't cheat on the MC, Kondo didn't help turn the person he supposedly loved into a Pariah, and so on and on.

Kondo is also evil and an antagonist, but he had no relation with the MC, no obligation, made no promises, didn't betray him, and so on and on. They're two very different type of evils.

Also, the people cheering on the Mom, I personally don't like her at all.

She knew about the cheating, and told her she saw it as "just part of growing up", so she would've been fine with it if her son had never found out, she's only mad Miyuki ended up hurting her son. It's why she never bothered to tell her son either and allowed him to find out in the worst way possible. And for Kondo and Miyuki to set him up like this.

His mom is NOT a good person!
