She has a pretty extreme reaction to Toto being potentially dead here. She is getting stuff, but it is more background. She also has the least need for direct development, since she was already had a code and desire to help kids. She could accomplish the same goal by saving up money to use for her dream. Goa was issue city, and Ciel has her situation making it so she has some hurdles to clear before she would admit to not wanting to kill Toto, let alone liking him (or the others).

I for one, enjoy the loli focus, rarely do mangas focus on the loli despite them being a supposed "equal" part of the harem. The artist seems to enjoy the lolis too, since he turned the authors ojousama design of murmur into a full blown mesugaki.

honestly i think being immune makes it more likely for that kind of reaction (apart from the blood at least), if your first thought is "oh god this situation makes me look like the worst kind of criminal"/"if anyone sees this and misunderstands i am as good as dead" it'd make sense for your brain to be overwhelmed out of fear and desperation and end up shutting off lol
