Ik this is the final arc, but part of me is still wondering if we will get to see okumura face his mom and call her off. Ik mikari will help him finally get past through his remaining trauma, but wondering if we will deal with the mom ever.

This Manga is almost 200 chapters long and the romance will actually start and end in 2 maybe 3 chapters.

Should have just made a cosplay comedy, make it something like K-on would have been more honest, I tried reading it every now and then but there was such a big disconnect between the character's problems and the cosplay part that it looked like a yuri manga at times or as if the protagonist was a side character.

I guess at least this one might have a somewhat interesting tale of girls working hard for their passions despite the expectations of their parents and or societal pressure, but I wonder how low the bar is gonna drop for the next successful harem series.

Can't really disagree. I wish the author stayed true to the original concept but since this way he got 200 chapters and an anime adaptation I can't fault the decision...still, the end result is not the series I was hoping to read.
