I think it did say that this was a "first wave" of a "large number" of KOGs, and it was also part of a unit that was specifically detached by the prince dude to go after the caravan of fleeing resistance, to lure MC out and see what he could really do.

But ultimately, a game, however advanced, still runs on a scripted code of some sort.

It absolutely cannot compare to the true chaos that is human brains simultaneously acting independently of one another, showcased by the fact that a "defeated" enemy in half a KOG took him down.

i think its different with mech equipment, in game he was playing, he probably was using best of the best gear he could have, but right now he is just using default one lol

Yuck ! I always hated those abusive tsundere relationships/stockholm syndrom simulators, especially those with toxic and/or violent love interest like zero no tsukaima, toradora or all of those shojos with jealous, abusive or full on yandere love interests wth masochistic MCs...
I work as the tech/web/graph guy in an NPO where we have an occupational integration workshop helping a lot of women in difficult situations, and I can't help but feel bad with all those works gloryfying and showing in a positive light toxic/violent relationships to a young public while I see everyday IRL people strugling to recover from an abusive relationship, where some would certainly go back to their persecutor if he even batted an eyelid in their general direction...

well, over the top reactions aren’t really good especially when it comes to extreme tsundere behaviour that ends up hurting person they love, or excessive yandere turning into menhera. these are actually mental health issues. but in anime or manga they’re often exaggerated to rile up emotions or for comedy.
In real life, people who act as extreme tsundere or yandere are usually avoided by ‘normal’ folks. point is: any behaviour that’s over the top, especially when you already have partner (husband/wife) and mostly it’s women who have these tendencies better go see psychiatrist to tone it down.
