God I hope he never takes her outside. There could be other men out there.
Seto's defended Anna's right to go outside in revealing clothes when guys have harrased her because that's just Anna being Anna. I think here it's understandable that he's jealous/miffed about a vid that Chi fairly explicitly said was intended to be a thirst trap.

's that she is actively and knowingly stringing along a guy who is interested while knowing that she isn't
I thought that the point of that chapter is that she doesn't know if she's interested or not b/c those sorts of feelings are so new/foreign to her. And that she doesn't want to confront her feelings b/c she doesn't want things to change.

She just cares about her youtube channel and not being broke (while apparently not knowing the ins-and-outs of how to make money via youtube), and getting handsy with the other two despite them having boyfriends. She gets clingy and mad that they don't spend all their time with her, and is upset about school and the fact that life is progressing because she feels left behind.
I've emphasized the thing she actually cares about. Her youtube, and money making, and skinship with her friends are just results of her trying to keep things the same. Youtube and moneymaking schemes are just about spending time with her friends. Being touchy-feely with them is just her trying to address the loneliness she's feeling.

Also there's not really anything wrong with Chita being physically affectionate with her friends. Especially since they are all that way with each other.

Watching her slowly decide to move forward in life (this is where Tokio comes into play) will be incredibly rewarding (if the author continues to do it).

It's certainly more slow burn storytelling than some of these characters getting over their issues in more or less 6 chapters (Inuyama and Toyoda).

There needs to be more storytelling like Seto's career indecision.

Your initial point seemed to emphasis growth of her character, which was my focus. I'm not saying that she can't grow as a character, simply that we haven't been shown any, to my recollection - and trying to reframe it as "future growth, if the author decides on it" is shifting the focus of what you'd initially said.

Per the section you quoted - I read those more as simply "characterizations" of Chiita, rather than explicit examples of her progressing her arc as a character within the narrative.
Per the portion you highlighted, I would say that is the onus of her character's current tension with the others and the narrative at large, and it's been that way for a good while now with no real movement by herself to resolve the inherent conflict that brings with the other characters. And, none of the other characters have taken significant steps to address it, either.

Even with Tokio, she's sitting in stasis on her feelings, if any, toward him, while he's already committed and is now in a holding pattern waiting on her.

If the author is going to do something with her character in terms of actual growth, then everything I've said is moot, and I'm okay with that - but at present, one of the actual significant parts of her entire character profile is her apparent fear of things changing when she doesn't want them to, which I interpret as the opposite of growth in a character, as no one is actually addressing the fact that she wants everything to stay in stasis even as they seek to move forward in their own ways.

Like in chapter 202 when she pulls Toyoda & Anjou to the night pool - they were studying, and she got mad at them not spending time with her and interrupted that. Yes, she's owed time with her friends, but she basically whined at them until they relented, when they had important things they were focusing on, because it's what she wanted.
They went along with her, because the two of them are very easy-going like that; but at minimum Anjou is studying because of her goal of improving her grades to meet the expectations of her mother, and Chiita directly interfered with that because she wanted to goof off and not think about school coming up, because that meant time was passing and things were going to change around her.

To your other points - Chiita being physically affectionate is whatever, because Anjou and Toyoda aren't pushing back on it that I can recall; and Seto's indecision does need to be addressed per his character arc, but that also feels like switching topics entirely from what you had initially said, so I won't spend more comment space on it here.

YouTube when people complain about their videos being auto-flagged as child-friendly or when users are dealing with a faulty copyright claim:

Thank you AI you have truly made the user experience better, totally not used to artificially inflate the cost of our already mid service which we refuse to fix because more steps means more money, which makes our shareholders think we're more profitable

oh sht is he pouting over being jealous that potentially other men saw her in a bikini
Dude, stop revealing your own stuff.
A more plausible read is that he's unhappy because she basically lied to him.
If you remember, Chita made the girls keep quiet about going to the pool, "because they have boyfriends who are stealing them away from Chita".
So Anjou's got a bit of explaining to do.

the good things in this chapter were...Toyo's designs, you can feel that she's an artistic person...also, Seto's reactions...that's all

I think he's more concerned about privacy issues
Especially with things going viral.
What was Chita thinking? Or has she published it with a lock allowing only close frinds to see it?
Can you do that on youtube?

That said, with how close they are, it would also be a bit strange that she didn't mention going to the pool before he saw it?
Sure, Chita was the reason for that, but the new love aspect makes it look weird, especially since a point was made about the night-time pool being a place to pick up casual dates.

growth of her character
Personally, I view her spending time with Tokio as character growth since it's an explicit change to her usual routine (bugging Anjou and Toyoda to spend time with her).

characterizations
I view them as intrinsically linked to her current narrative tension.

feels like switching topics entirely
Ah didn't mean to have it look that way. I brought Seto up, because I think her character arc and Seto's are both slow burns (as opposed to Inuyama and Toyoda).

I think we're interpreting the storytelling differently. Which is fine.

I think he's pouting over the fact he didn't get to with her and see her in a bikini.
If so, I really hope it's used as a chance for him to finally get over all his hangups w/r/t even looking at any parts of Anna between her elbows and her knees. The "gets awkward when he sees her ankle" stuff wasn't even that funny at the start, by now it seems like he's got actual issues.

OK, so how do you all interpret the zoom-in image on page 10?
I mean where the video first has a selfie of the 3, taken by Chita, and then a zoomed-in partial of Anjou's body (from the previous image).
To me, that is only exploitative. Not only has Chita not told her friends that she is publishing the video (or did she say it at the time, and Anjou is just saying it as filler, since she knows there's an issue sailing up (whether that is night pool, not having said anything to him (she was going to, but Chita demanded that they shouldn't), publishing stuff w lots of naked skin w-out consent, the bathing suit he hasn't even seen (or has he, by now?), or something else)?) , Chita is also seemingly editing the images to sexualize her friend's body, to pull in viewers. You know, that is pretty disgusting.
I've been sort of annoyed with Chita's immaturity, her playing with Tokio's feelings, that handsiness (yeah ... "culture", but when the friends repeatedly say no, shouldn't she take the hint?), etc..
Now, though? To me, she's exploiting them sexually, and they didn't know what she was doing.
Do you remember how a point was made about night pools being pick-up spots? Well, using "night pool" as a part of the title is potentially a way to increase viewer counts by sexualization. If someone does a search with the string "night pool", what do you think they hope to find, considering what was said about night pools? And they will see a zoomed-in image of Anjou to lure in them, so the view statistics go up.
It's one thing to use your own body, but to use your friends, and not even tell them what, and how you've done?
Depending on country, that would be something punishable by law.

Anyone think I'm exaggerating? Let me know.
But if anyone in the crowd who don't like to hear/read the word 'misogyny' wants to say something? Before doing that, think about how you would see this if your girlfriend /sister/mother/daughter/wife had been used like this. THEN tell me why I'm overreacting. And it being a female friend doesn't help, either.

And sure, the zoom-in can be seen as Seto focusing on her, and bathing suit. Although I don't remember such story-telling. I could also be tired. Still. I think my argument holds water, all the same.

I don't want to be too harsh, but a jealous or possessive partner is the most basic of basic relationship dramas.

These kind of insane comments are why I personally dread Chita chapters. I dislike that little gremlin but I'm able to just sigh, roll my eyes, and move on. But then I come to the comments and get to read this kind of batshit schizophrenic bullshit and now I'm worried. Not about the purity of a manga's character, but about the sanity of part of the mangadex community.

Coz let me be clear, you need to have your mind divorced from reality to actually believe that Anjou and Toyoda didn't know the constant posing that happened in that chapter was for the purpose of feeding Chita's channel.
Doesn't she literally say she won't post it that chapter?

Edit: I reread and she does not. She actually states a few times she's posting it so you are correct.

lol, getting in a dramatic huff over a fictional character is far less "batshit" than theorizing about the sanity of strangers based on manga comments.
Maybe I’ve spent too much time on Reddit (I have), but you wouldn’t believe how many hive minded people let their true thoughts slip through in the guise of anonymity or “it’s just a show/book/movie/etc, I’m just joshin’… but for real though, most women are cheating misleading dogwhores, and you’re better off alone!”

That‘s just the niceguys…
