We do not. We're currently caught up with the raws and the only tag it has on Magazine Pocket is "Isekai/Unusual Powers" (which for some reason is one tag). Other series do have a "Love/Romantic Comedy" tag, but that's only used for series where it is the focus so it's still possible for the series to have someone romantic undertones down the line.

You're allowed to not be interested in the fantasy trope version of that, but it might be a more productive use of your time to read stories with themes you do like, rather than seek out something with the genderswap tag plainly in view, I know that I just blacklist themes I don't want to see when doing searches on Mangadex, helps keep my blood pressure down.

I mean you're always gonna get some false positives or false negatives when tags are incorrectly added or omitted, though I have pretty solid luck in Blacklisting tags in my settings.

Either way, if you do run into one of these situations, better to quietly leave rather than kick up a stink IMO.

Not necessarily, there is potential in "you know this is actually fine" to be actually be explored more in-depth, either to explore Gender Stuff, or to indicate a character has a unique perspective where certain things just aren't even on their radar, it can still be wasted potential if it is basically not utilized at all, but a character just kind of rolling with it is not inherently a worse trope than constantly freaking out or doing some narcissism.

Having read the first 5 chapters, I’d say its way to stupid for me. Had I read this a few years ago, it’d be perfect, but I’ve gotten used to the kind of story and writing you can get with books, and reading this made me feel like I’m in kindergarten or something.

FR. this would be crazy as a first or first 10 manga read but once you get more seasoned; once you mature you just don't get "aorused"(i don't enterely mean in a sexual way) you just don't like your experiencing something amazing anymore since your standarts have risen due to experienceing better manga

My guy, if you block a tag it brings up a warning that'll say something to the effect of "this title includes a blocked tag: genderswap, do you wish to continue?" and then you have to actively click it to continue. At this point you're just trolling for attention.

To your earlier question, what I was going to say was that we see the character reincarnate into a baby with the conscious of an adult but without the physical means to communicate. That means the character was effectively alone with their thoughts for at least months if not a year to get used to their situation, not to mention that we pick up when she's a young child. She's had years to get used to being a girl, and it's actually refreshing to not have a character that's drowning in angst in a situation like that. If you had 8 years to get used to a drastic change, you'd be able to, too.
