While I doubt it will be a popular take, I fail to see any desirable trait that Hana would bring to a martial clans table. True she has a measure of resilience to survive Shinichi's "affections", but even then it would be hardly called anything more then survival. She couldn't even claim the fertility angle as despite a year's worth of "activities" she has yet to get pregnant.

So unless there is some latent mystical power waiting to be released within her bloodline, Uzaki Hana wouldn't be accepted as a spouse to the hier of a martial clan. I would go even a step further and say she might not even be adequate as a partner for the main branch family of a martial clan. Not because there is something wrong with her as a person, but because she lacks the strigent qualities that such individuals look for in their breeding stock.

Also, is Shinichi supposed to look like Q from Street Fighter or Robo-Ky from Guilty Gear on page 7? I swear there's another character that looks closer to that, but those two are the closest that I can think of.

If you are talking about a normal marriage between commoner, or even bureaucratic noble families all that would really matter is compatibility, personality traits, education, and lineage. The Uzaki household could easily meet the needed standards.

But if it is a martial family that is specifically looking for traits desirable for for a martial breeding program, Hana would hold little interest. She just lacks the qualities they are searching for and wouldn't progress further then a cursory ability check.

It wouldn't be a matter of choice either. Shinichi would have been raised with a different set of priorities. He might have been allowed to form friendships, but his life would have been more closely managed. Hana would have been strongly discouraged from flirting, and Shinichi would be too busy training to hang out or play video-games.
