That's also how a person makes a quick sketch and skips the longer process of finalizing it because it's just joke content. You can see this same level of quality in almost every manga when the artist draws the team making the manga and it's shenanigans.

At this point I honestly feel like publishers do it on purpose to incentivize people to buy the volume versions.

“How NOT to summon a Demon Lord” literally uses volume advertisements to censor ecchi art.
