I briefly explained the full lore of the characters somewhere else, but I'm guessing you are more curious on why the account is banned? The person who created the @Fed-Kun account was an ex-regular from the early days of V5, who liked to create a bunch of alts to claim unique usernames but later got banned for an entirely different reason. All his alts got perma-banned but his main just got a month suspension, but he has since cursed the website and chosen to leave.
