A bit late, from what i recall from reading the Novel the Race-female(villager), was important.... Because in fact the MC was Race-male(protagonist), and this the fifth conditon for having the Hero job (and they are several Hero Job [all the stuff with Yuusha and Eiyuu....]) we seen in chapter 2.... (but there the Protagonist was translated as Hero)

Yah there is no way they are all unique, games with less then twenty have difficulty with balance. There is probably a few core classes, a handful of silly/fun classes and everything else is just the cores with different visuals.
